Question:  What is the first step for assisting me with my project?

Answer:  The first step involves a free 30-minute consultation to see what your needs are.

Question:  After the consultation, what is the best way to send my project to Welch & Rochell Secretarial Support Services?

Answer:  You can send your project to us via e-mail as an attachment, by fax, or we can personally pick up your project within a 10-mile radius by appointment.

Question:  Can you work on projects via Google Docs?

Answer:  Yes.  We can work on projects via Google Docs.

Question:  How do you charge for services rendered?

Answer:  We charge an hourly rate for our services, and also offer monthly retainers.  We also charge a flat rate for some projects.

Before the actual work begins—following the consultation—you will be asked to pay a deposit which will be 50% of the amount being charged to work on your project.  If you choose a monthly retainer, the charges will be based on an agreed upon fee schedule.

Question:  What is the method for receiving an invoice from Welch & Rochell Secretarial Support Services for services rendered, and when is the payment due?

Answer:  You will receive an invoice from us via e-mail.  Your payment will be due upon receipt of the invoice.

Because you will be making the payment electronically via PayPal your banking information will be safe, secure and private.  We will not have direct access to your payment information, and you also will not be required to create a PayPal account prior to submitting your payment.  You will merely be going through PayPal in order to submit your payment for our services.  It’s a very convenient payment process.

Question:  How long will it take for my project to be completed?

Answer:  The amount of time required to complete a project may vary.  It is based upon the size,
type and complexity of your project.  But, we usually complete projects with fast turn-around time.  If you have a fast approaching deadline, please be sure to inform us so we can help you meet it.  We also ask that you provide a phone number where you can be reached should we have questions.
